Function

Eddy-current magnetographing device provides magnetographing process for conductive objects. This process means excitation of stray magnetic field of sample surface layer and copying this field to magnetic tape. Also it increases sensitivity of magnetographing process for ferromagnetic objects.
Device is additional module for Vij80-Regula7505Ì. device

Applications

  • investigation of marking indications on the data carriers of aluminum alloys (silumin bodies of the blocks of cylinders and reducers, manufactory’s aluminum plates, duraluminium bodies);
  • recovery of completely destroyed the original VIN-chassis numbers of vehicles on ferromagnetic materials;
  • study the surface of non-ferromagnetic materials for information and (or) a statement of fact falsification of VIN-number of vehicles chassis;        
  • detection of weld defects in ferromagnetic materials and aluminum alloys, weak signals in the surface layers of ferromagnetic articles, e.g. -residual (accumulated) tension.

Methods

  • excitation eddy current by alternating magnetic pole in electro-conductive materials of investigated object;
  • reproduction of induced stray magnetic fields of the object under investigation at an intermediate magnetic carrier;
  • input and investigation of magnetograms by methods realized by Vij80-Regula7505Ì.
